Spotify lanza las 100 Mejores Canciones de R&B en la Era del Streaming

Spotify lanzó recientemente una playlist con las 100 mejores canciones de R&B de la era del streaming.

Antes de que te molestes porque algunas de las canciones lanzadas de renombre no aparecen en la lista, solo se consideraron las canciones lanzadas desde 2015 en adelante. En total, las canciones han acumulado más de 43 mil millones de reproducciones.

La iniciativa fue encabezada por Carl Chery, director creativo y jefe de música urbana de Spotify, junto con el equipo editorial de Spotify en Estados Unidos.

La lista se basa “en criterios como calidad, impacto, valor de repetición, influencia y significado cultural, Spotify Classics es 100% cualitativo”, se lee en un comunicado de prensa de Spotify.

Snooze de SZA que se lanzó en 2023, encabezó la lista y ha sido reproducido más de 886,5 millones de veces. La canción también le valió a SZA un premio Grammy a la Mejor Canción de R&B en febrero.

Otros artistas que figuran en la lista son Beyoncé, Jazmine Sullivan, Jhene Aiko, The Internet, Frank Ocean, Steve Lacy, Summer Walker, Masego, Lucky Daye, Brent Faiyaz y más.
